Quality Assurance Management Structure

1. Institutional Quality Assurance Directorate

Institutional Quality Assurance director, who is accountable to the president of the university, has over all  responsibilities for directing the Quality Assurance (QA) of the University.

2. Institute/College Quality Assurance Coordination offices

Institute/College Quality Assurance Coordination offices have operational responsibilities for QA at Institute/college level.

3. Institute/College and Department Quality Assurance Committees

The Institute/College and Department QA Committees are the focus of QA activity and responsibility at the Institute/College and Department levels, respectively.

4.  Coordinator for Academic and Administrative process quality

Coordinator for Academic and Administrative process quality works from the main campus of the university as a full time worker and has the responsibility of coordinating academic and administrative process quality assurance activities together with the Institute/College Quality Assurance Coordination offices.

5. Coordinator for Education and Training quality

Coordinator for Education and Training quality works from the main campus of the university as a full time worker and has the responsibility of coordinating Education and Training quality assurance activities together with the Institute/College Quality Assurance Coordination offices. He/she is mandated to coordinate quality assurance activities of Undergraduate programs, Post graduate programs and Distance and Continuing Education programs

6. Curriculum Design and Implementation Quality Expert

Expert for quality of the curriculum design and implementation is in charge of assuring the quality of new curriculums on design process and the implementation quality of the ones in the process of implementation.

7. The Junior Expert for Quality of exams

The expert is in charge of insuring the quality of exam preparation, implementation and feedback process of all levels of education in the university.

8. Quality Audit Team

The audit team is responsible for conducting and reporting of institutional self-assessment (internal audit). This team is headed by the director and composed of all the coordinators and experts in the QA office.
