Arba Minch University to host three-day training for lower, middle and higher-level leaders of university administration from 16th to 18th March, 2018, at Main Campus.

Strategic Plan Implementation and Evaluation Directorate Director, Mr Gezmu Kelbo, confirming the report said, this training is aimed at orienting aforesaid leaders with eight documents i.e. BSC, Citizen’s Charter, Reform Tool Linkage, Change Army, Good Governance, Stakeholders Engagement, how to implement effective meeting and Civil Servant’s Ethics, etc. The objective is to get them percolated down to each employee in achieving the ultimate goal of the university.

He further adds, these documents are known to everyone, but recently they have been revised by Ministry of Human Resource Development that made them easy to understand and get implemented in respective work places so that stated ways and means help each employee to improve their modus operandi thus firming up their respective performances.

It’s learnt that three designated individuals, Mr Gezmu Kelbo, Human Resource Management Directorate Director, Kamlaknesh Desalegn and Behailu Befikadu will impart the training.
