Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement proper mechanisms and instruments for the recruitment, admission, placement and orientation of new UG and PG students
  • Process registration and course enrolment; schedule academic calendar
  • Assemble, organize, coordinate, oversee academic orientation of new UG students
  • Develop, implement effective  SMIS to collect, process, deploy and disseminate information and data on UG/PG programs, student’s population and activities
  • Maintain records on curricula of programs, ensure rules; prepare and issue Ids
  • Prepare and publish UG and PG catalogue
  • Organize, maintain and disseminate information on enrolment, admissions, withdrawals, completion and attrition of graduates
  • Develop system for timely certification of graduates; transcripts, other credentials for students and alumni
  • Secure, maintain and ensure the integrity of all academic records; auspices
  • Perform any other duties as asked by Academic Affairs vice president
