Welcome to the OUR Information Pages

The Office of the University Registrar provides many services to the Arba Minch University community. The information on these pages allows you as our customer to obtain our services faster and more efficiently.

The OUR background document describes the responsibilities of the University Registrar, and those of the students. In OUR services we describe the 10 different services (eg Admission, Registration, Identification Card preparation, ...) that our Office provides, and what must be done by our customers to obtain these services.

The Basic Academic rules and regulations describe the framework of formal regulations that govern the way the Registrar's Office discharges its duties. The Academic Calendars enumerate all important dates in the academic year, for the first, second and Kiremt semesters in 2001(EC) or 2008-2009.

Special care is taken that all application forms that are used to apply for services of the Registrar's Office are provided here. They can be printed on a convenient printer by you, and you can fill them before coming to the Registrar's Office in preparation.

To help you identify who is who in the Registrar's Office, a human resources document provides a table with staff names and functions.
