Arba Minch Institute of Technology is to host the 1st Joint Research Symposium in Hybrid mode on 30 & 31 of January 2023. See more photos

This Joint Symposium is undertaken under the MoU signed between Arba Minch Institute of Technology and Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai, India. The sessions will be conducted physically at both Institutions and there will be online sharing of the event to other parties and guests.

Prominent keynote speakers Ar. Fasil Giorghis and Dr. Elias Yitbarek from Ethiopia, Dr. Benny Kuriakose and Dr. Andre Brown will grace the two days event. There are also participants from Wolaita Sodo, Adama Science and Technology, Bahirdhar and Jijjiga Universities from Ethiopia.

The symposium is mainly co-ordinated by Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, AMiT and School of Planning Architecture and Design Excellence. The event will mark the beginning of research product sharing between India and Ethiopia.
