Bio:

Professor Yisehak Kechero Kebede is an esteemed researcher in the fields of animal nutrition, feed sciences, and livestock production. He holds a PhD in Veterinary Science from Ghent University, Belgium, specializing in animal nutrition and feed intervention technologies. His research primarily focuses on improving animal feed resources, nutritional interventions, and sustainable livestock management practices. Professor Kebede has led numerous internationally funded projects, contributing significantly to the development of animal nutrition strategies and the promotion of agricultural productivity in Ethiopia. He has authored 71 peer-reviewed journal articles and has a strong background in mentoring students at all academic levels. His work also includes the successful transfer of innovative technologies to local communities, aimed at enhancing livestock productivity and nutrition.
