Mezgebu Mandefro Belihu MA Degree in Human Rights Arba Minch University, College of Social Science and Humanities Department of Political Science and International Relations Phone number: 0910309496/0953771145 Email: - I completed my Masters of Art degree/MA/ in Human Rights on July 5, 2012 G.C from Addis Ababa University and Bachelor Degree in Civics and Ethical Education from Mekelle University on July 19, 2008 G.C. As a trainer, educator & promoter of human rights since 2008, at both University of Gondar and Arba Minch University, I have gained valuable experience. Conducting, evaluating and reviewing of research works are also part of my experience. I have advised and have been advising students on appropriate research topics related to human rights in general and vulnerable groups including children and women’s rights in particular. In addition to my relevant teaching experience, I have served as Head Department of Civics and Ethical Studies, which provided me an opportunity to develop the skill of leadership. I have also worked in various committees at departmental and university wide level which enabled me to develop interpersonal communication skill and work with others in team spirit. I have more than 15 years of practical work experience in both University of Gnadar and Arba Minch University. More specifically, I have worked as; Civics and Ethical Education Teacher from Sep. 25, 2008 G.C up to Aug. 07, 2013 G.C, Human Rights Lecture and Researcher from August 08, 2013 up to present, and Head Department of Civics and Ethical Studies from Nov. 08, 2019 up to March 09, 2021 G.C I am available at:
