Ing. Lenka Ehrenbergerová, PhD, is an academic researcher at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic, with research expertise in agroforestry systems, particularly coffee-based agroforestry. Her work focuses on tree growth, species diversity, and the effects of woody species on coffee performance, drawing on long-term research experience from South America. She is currently collaborating with Hawassa University, Mendel University in Brno, and the Czech University of Life Sciences to establish new coffee agroforestry research plots near Leku, Ethiopia.
Dr. Ehrenbergerová is currently at Arba Minch University (AMU) and will deliver a seminar covering two important topics. The seminar will be held on January 28, 2026, with the following presentations:
- Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic: Cooperation and Study Opportunities
- Coffee Agroforestry Across Continents: Lessons from South America and Emerging Research in Ethiopia
