Duties and Responsibilities
Develop; implement proper mechanisms and instruments for the recruitment, admission, placement and orientation of new UG and PG students
Process registration and course enrolment; schedule academic calendar
Assemble, organize, coordinate, and oversee academic orientation of new UG students
Develop, implement effective SMIS to collect, process, deploy and disseminate information and data on UG/PG programs, student’s population and activities
Maintain records on curricula of programs ensure rules; prepare and issue Ids
Prepare and publish UG and PG catalogue
Organize, maintain and disseminate information on enrolment, admissions, withdrawals, completion and attrition of graduates
Develop system for timely certification of graduates; transcripts, other credentials for students and alumni
Secure, maintain and ensure the integrity of all academic records; auspices
Perform any other duties as asked by Academic Affairs vice president
