College of Natural Science reviews curricula of two new MSc programs

College of Natural Science has reviewed the curricula of two of its new master programs i.e. MSc in Wildlife Management and MSc in Medical Entomology & Disease Vector Control in a daylong meet held at its premises on 14th January, 2014.

Rainfall increasing, evaporation constant in Rift Valley: Dr Mark Jury

The available numerical data suggests that there is upward trend with regard to rainfall in this region, while evaporation remains the same. Therefore, its good news for hydro electric power generation and irrigation scheme here, said the eminent oceanographer, Dr Mark R Jury.

College of Natural Sciences Reviews curricula of new MSc programs

‘‘We have enough professionals to take care of newly introduced graduate programs. And our college is fully equipped with the coordinated hi-tech lab facility with fertile geographical location to undertake these programs rather effectively,’’ said, the Dean of College of Natural Sciences, Dr Alemayehu Hailemicael.
