PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This sub-project will interact with the 6 other sub-projects to ensure that priorities and action plans within the RSP are aligned with LNOB principles. TISP7 will also empower the AMU Directorate for Women, Children and Youth Affairs, and will promote gender mainstreaming at institutional level, through close monitoring of data and trainings adapted to the different needs of academic leadership, administration and PhD students. The possibility of a daycare facility will be investigated, in line with the directions of the Ministry of Women, Children and Youth. To improve the inflow of female students and address the major SDG challenge of the current ratio of female-to-male mean years of education received, publicity campaigns in the region will be supported.
