We hereby inform you that admission for the 2018 E.C. (2025/26 G.C.) academic year will take place on Sunday, September 14, 2025. Registration will be held on Monday and Tuesday, September 15 and 16, 2025, and classes are scheduled to commence on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
Note:
First-year (freshman) students for the 2018 E.C. (2025/26 G.C.) academic year, as well as students who completed their remedial programs at Arba Minch University in the 2017 E.C. (2024/25 G.C.) academic year and obtained passing marks, will be contacted promptly upon receipt of admission information for newly placed students from the Ministry of Education.
Students who completed their first year (freshman program) in the 2017 academic year but were not assigned to a department will fill out their department preference selection on Monday, September 15, 2025. The assignment will be made on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, and results will be announced on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
All undergraduate, postgraduate, and returning students are required to complete at least one certificate of completion from the e-SHE SSS training, coordinated by the E-Learning Management Unit, prior to registration.
