ü  Notification of Abstracts Acceptance: Feb 22, 2026

ü  Full Paper Submission Deadline: April 7, 2026

ü  Notification of Papers Acceptance: April 22, 2026

ü  Symposium: May 22-23, 2026

ü  The abstract should be no more than 250 words.

ü  The full paper (Which is not submitted or published elsewhere) should contain: Title, Author/s Name, Affiliation, P.O.Box, Email address and Phone Number  of the corresponding author, Abstract, Main body in Microsoft Word document.

ü  The maximum length of full paper should not exceed 12 pages (including figures, tables, graphs and references) and use Times New Roman, 12 points font, 1.5 spaced, 1 inch margin all around

ü  All the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding and the top tiers will be published in the EJWST
