Indonesian Ambassador for Ethiopia, Mr Imam Santoso, during his courtesy visit to AMU on 26th March, 2018, met University President, Dr Damtew Darza, at latter’s office and explored possibilities to develop bilateral collaboration on issues of mutual interest. Arba Minch University has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Addis Ababa-based Ethiopian Intellectual Property Office (EIPO) that will facilitate information on Patent Rights, access to database and free registration of inventions made by an individual or group from the university.
