Main activities of the office:

  • Identifying internal and external good governance problems in the academic and administrative sectors, developing a separate plan to solve them.
  • Preparing and coordinating forums to evaluate the performance of the institution's good governance activities,
  • Monitoring and supporting good governance activities carried out at all levels of the institution,
  • Supporting and monitoring the preparation of good governance training documents and providing training,
  • Receive complaints, grievances and feedback from customers related to service delivery and provide appropriate and prompt responses,
  • Support the provision of services in various departments within the university by clearly displaying service standards,
  • The institution will prepare and scientifically study various technology-supported questionnaires that will measure the satisfaction of internal and external users,
  • Prepare, register and implement a customer charter, establish a clear organization and procedure for complaints and grievances in service delivery,
  • Identify capacity gaps and develop strategies to fill them, so that executives and professionals can build their capacity;
  • Study and implement new transformation systems that make the institution's work more effective; monitor the progress;
  • Identify campuses and departments that have achieved better performance in transformation efforts and support others to adopt and implement their good practices;
  • Monitor the implementation of the results-based performance appraisal system; Also, to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation process and to propose new solutions,
  • Establish a performance system that accurately measures results and identify and recognize top performers who have achieved better performance
    Based on their assessment results, identify the performance level of executives and professionals and use a performance-based recognition and incentive system to support the weak and provide strong and better performance (models),
  • Prepare a guide to formulating good practices and provide support and monitoring to identify, compile and disseminate good practices
