የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ምርጫ ቦርድ ኦንላይን የመራጮች ምዝገባ ስርዓትን የዘረጋው የመራጮች ምዝገባ በሚካሄድበት ወቅት የዩኒቨርሲቲ ትምህርታቸውን ለሚከታተሉ፣ ነገር ግን በድምፅ መስጫ ዕለት የትምህርት ዘመኑ መጨረሻ ስለሚሆን ድምፃቸውን በቋሚ መኖሪያቸው (የመኖሪያ አድራሻቸው) ለሚሰጡ ተማሪዎች የመራጮች ምዝገባ እንዲካሄድ ለማስቻል ነው።
