AMU-AWTI DIGITWATER Project wins €79,131.64 (9.90%) grant of the total grant €799,619.36 made ready for Erasmus+ Programme (ERASMUS+) call of ERASMUS-EDU-2025-CBHE for the proposal entitled “Transforming Academia - Embracing Digital Water Education in Africa” competing among 10 European, African and Turkish universities and others. The project is aimed to drive digital innovation, gender equality, and sustainable water management across Sub-Saharan Africa. This initiative will be funded by the European Commission and led by Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), and the project brings together a consortium of 10 institutions from Belgium, Netherlands, Turkey, Ethiopia, Uganda, South Africa, Morocco, and Palestine. The Ethiopian Professionals in STEM in North America (EPSNA) has started the 2025 Virtual Summer School Program since August 11, 2025; it will continue until August 15, 2025. Diverse STEM professionals across the globe are presenting their scientific findings with ample experiences of professionalism. Arba Minch, Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa Science & Technology, Bahir Dar, Gondar, Haramaya, Jimma, Hawassa, Wolaita, Werabe, Wolkite along with other 22 Ethiopian Universities and an Abyiadi College are virtually participating in it. የሰላም ሚኒስቴር፣ የአርባ ምንጭ ከተማ አስተዳደርና አርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ተጀምሮ እየተተገበረ የሚገኘውን የጎንደር ቃልኪዳን ቤተሰብ ፕሮጀክት /የፋሲለደስ ስምምነት/የሚሰኘውን ውል በዩኒቨርሲቲው ለማስቀጠል ያለመ የቃልኪዳን ውል ስምምነት ተፈራርመዋል፡፡
